Lake Breeze Storage is affiliated with Lake Breeze Resort and Lake Breeze Event Center.   This is an additional location to the resort to store boats, trailers, campers and large equipment for our business and extend the extra space to others for a nominal fee.  Gena and Bruce Aldrich have been the owners for approximately 10 years.  In 2022-23, we are in the process of growing with additional outdoor parking spaces, space numbers, and a security gate and cameras. 

We are very specific and only want to rent space to people with larger items such as trailers, cars, motorcycles, campers, and equipment.  We are not a regular self storage facility available for personal items.  

We primarily offer outdoor space but do have an enclosed building composed of 10 units with barn styles doors.   The building is metal with metal roof, the inside walls are either wood or wire, and the floor is gravel.  There is no electricity nor is it guaranteed to be all-weather proof.  The sizes are not exact but are no smaller than 10×28.

The outdoor area has over 50 parking parking slots, graveled lot, numbered spots, area is enclosed by trees.  Although there has never been any crime, we are installing a security access gate and a few cameras for remote viewing.

All booking and invoicing is handled through our Storage Management system.   

Included is a tenant portal for access to your contract, invoices, payment capabilities, and space management.

To date we have not experienced any crime at this facility.  However, we are in the process of making improvements which include a security gate in the front and cameras.  The other outside boundaries are comprised of woods.

We additionally visit the facility daily and have an employee living onsite to oversee the property and storage items as well as to protect the property from trespassers.

Rates are and will remain low.  There are available discounts for prepaid 6-months and 12-
month contracts.

We do not pro-rate arrivals or departures.  Minimum term is 1 month.  Your arrival day is the day you first park your item at the storage facility.   All contracts and minimum stays are rounded to a monthly stay.  

When you would like to depart, our customers use the tenant portal or contact us directly to cancel the contract but will not be refunded any money for early departures.

The storage contract can now be completed online and e-signed.  The contract is available through the tenant portal.

Existing customer prior to conversion to the new tenant portal will have a copy of their original contract uploaded to their tenant portal.

Directions:   Lake Breeze Storage is located in Greenview area of Camdenton Missouri.  From the junction where Hwy 5 & Hwy 7 split (or join – near old Woods), travel a half a mile north west.  It is on the right side of the road, located behind Share of the Harvest and Rickey’s Septic Services.  Turn right at the Lake Breeze Storage sign and travel down ​a driveway until at the facility.

Of course not!  This is only a storage and/or parking facility.  We have an employee living onsite to oversee the property and storage items as well as to protect the property from trespassers.

Ummm.  no.   We believe this facility has been around for quite a while.   We have owned it for about 10 years.  However, it appears that the building was built in the 70s.   You should be able to visually see the building and outdoor area through the above pictures.

This facility is not an upscale fancy new storage place but it does have it older character and, more importantly, it is a great, cost effective place to store larger items.

We do not guarantee that it is weather proof but do work regularly to patch any found leaks in the roof and reenforce or replace any wood framing.

High tech?  Well, yes in regards to cameras throughout the location.  In addition, we have just added a new Storage Management software which provides for a tenant portal for our customers.
