REFUND POLICY | Lake Breeze Storage | Camdenton MO
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Rental Payments
All storage rentals at Lake Breeze Storage are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement.
Payments are due on the billing date outlined in your agreement and are processed automatically using the payment method on file.
2. Refunds
Due to the nature of storage space reservations and limited availability:
- Monthly rental payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
- Rent is not prorated for partial months unless required by law.
- Refunds will not be issued for early move-outs.
By reserving and paying for a storage space, you are securing that space for your exclusive use.
3. Move-Out Policy
To avoid additional charges:
- Proper notice must be provided prior to vacating your space.
- The space must be cleared of all property.
- The renter must confirm move-out according to facility procedures.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in additional monthly charges.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
5. Returned or Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or returned:
- A fee may be assessed.
- Access may be temporarily restricted.
- Late fees may apply.
It is the renter’s responsibility to maintain a valid payment method on file.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside of this policy are considered at the sole discretion of Lake Breeze Storage management.
